SECTION B: TERMS OF SALE FOR DELIVERY OR COLLECTION
2.1 OUR AGREEMENT FOR THE SALES OF GOODS
The Contract of OUR agreement for the sales of GOODS is expressively agreed between YOU and US. OUR Website advertises GOODS for the sale of online ORDERS and provides information including, product descriptions and prices. Through the advertising of GOODS on OUR Website, WE are welcoming YOU to place an Order with US. WE are not obligated to accept YOUR Order. The Contract between YOU and US will only be formed if and when WE accept YOUR ORDER. Submitting an electronic ORDER form or completing the checkout process does not constitute OUR acceptance of YOUR ORDER. OUR acceptance of YOUR ORDER and the contract between YOU and US will be made upon the delivery or collection of YOUR GOODS. YOU may select any number of items within a single ORDER, despite any restrictions outlined in these Terms and Conditions. Each ORDER made will be a separate and individual Contract between YOU and US. WE preserve the right to reject the supply of GOODS to any person.
2.2 THE ONLINE ORDERING PROCESS
*Please read through carefully before placing and submitting an ORDER online. This SECTION explains the process YOU will need to follow to place an ORDER and how the contract for the sales of GOODS will be formed. *The Online Ordering page has a selection of food to choose from for the purpose of collection or delivery at selected STORES Only. When engaging with OUR Online Ordering service, YOU will be given the option to place an ORDER with US either through collection or delivery. *The Menu page has a selection of food WE sell in Store and Online. Please note some of the food WE sell in Store are not available to purchase Online. food shown on the menu page, has a filter YOU can select for collection or delivery to the Online Ordering page. *To proceed with a delivery ORDERS must be £15 or over, which is stated on the Online Ordering page as well as within these Terms and Conditions. Anything below this will not be accepted for delivery. *Deliveries are available within a 3-5 miles radius depending on the store. *All major debit or credit cards are accepted (except American Express). This applies for collection and delivery.
2.2.1 Below are the steps WE require YOU to follow to place an ORDER with US:
Step 1 – Selecting collection or delivery
If YOU wish to proceed with a collection to a selected store, YOU will be required to click the button which states ‘I Will Collect My ORDER Myself.’ Once clicked, YOU will be asked to make a selection at the Store shown. Having selected the Store, YOU will be taken to OUR Online Ordering page with categories of food available to choice from. If YOU wish to proceed with a delivery to YOUR address, YOU will be required to click the button, which states ‘Please deliver the ORDER to me.’ Once clicked, a drop-down filter will appear and YOU will be asked to enter YOUR postcode to identify if WE can deliver to YOUR specified area. If WE cannot deliver to YOU a message will appear stating this once entering YOUR postcode. This will occur if the postcode YOU have entered is not within the radius of the store closest to YOU. WE are able to deliver within the area, if YOU are directed to the relevant store, once entering YOUR postcode that is within a 3-mile radius of the store closest to YOU.
Step 2 – Selecting YOUR GOODS FROM THE ONLINE ORDERING PAGE
YOU can select YOUR GOODS by clicking on YOUR chosen purchases (food) from the categories provided, which will automatically be added to the checkout basket displayed on the right.
Step 3 – Reviewing and updating YOUR basket
YOU can review YOUR GOODS within the checkout basket. YOU can also update YOUR checkout basket. An update can be achievable by selecting more food from the categories provided, or by altering the quantity using the plus and minus icon that appears next to each item in YOUR checkout basket. Depending on how many times you click the plus icon another item or items of the same content will be added to YOUR checkout basket. Depending on how many times you click the minus icon an item or item shall be removed from YOUR checkout basket. Another way of updating YOUR checkout basket, is by entering a valid promotional code offered by US if granted in OUR forms of Marketing communications to YOU. Promotional codes may be shown on OUR Website, social media sites, email marketing and digital vouchers. This will also include OUR traditional marketing methods such as paper base menus and door-to-door flyers.
Step 4 – Selecting checkout
WE encourage YOU to review YOUR checkout basket before proceeding to enter YOUR personal details and confirm for payment. This is to ensure YOUR ORDER is correct and YOU’RE satisfied with YOUR purchases. Once reviewed, click the checkout button displayed within the checkout basket on the right side of the page.
Step 5: Logging in or creating an account
If YOU wish to proceed with a collection, please use the time filter to select an appropriate time to collect YOUR purchases from the store YOU previously selected. Alternatively, YOU can ‘switch to delivery’ by selecting the button that states this. If YOU wish to proceed with a delivery, an estimated time will show on the page so YOU are aware of when YOUR purchases will be delivered to YOUR address specified. Please be made knowledgeable delivery times are estimates and therefore, do not constitute the actual time of delivery. If there are any delays with YOUR purchases, YOU shall be contacted if safe to do so or the delivery member shall explain the reason upon arrival with YOUR purchases. If YOU are an existing customer, please login by entering YOUR username and password. If YOU are a new customer, WE will require YOU to create an account by filling in YOUR personal information. Personal information includes; YOUR billing address i.e. Address, City, County and Country, contact details i.e. first name, surname, phone number email address (username) and password and card payment details i.e. name on card, card number, expiration data and CVC (3 digit code located on the back of YOUR card or 4 digit code located on the front of YOUR AMEX). Step 6: Confirming and paying for YOUR ORDER
WE advise YOU to check through YOUR order and personal information before clicking the confirm and pay button. This is to ensure all YOUR details are correct and YOU are satisfied with YOUR purchase.
Step 7: Order of acknowledgement
Once YOU have confirmed and paid by credit or debit card, YOU shall receive an ORDER of acknowledgment message stating YOUR order has been placed. YOU shall also receive an email for a digital copy of YOUR ORDER of acknowledgement to the email address YOU supplied US with.
2.3 TELEPHONE ORDERS
ISO SUSHI receives ORDERS for collection or delivery over the phone.

2.3.1 IF YOU place an ORDER with US via the telephone, WE are not obligated to accept YOUR ORDER. The Contract between YOU and US will only be formed if and when WE accept YOUR ORDER. Informing US of YOUR ORDER and personal details does not form OUR acceptance of YOUR ORDER. OUR acceptance of YOUR ORDER and the contract between YOU and US will be made upon the delivery or collection of YOUR GOODS. YOU may state any number of items within a single ORDER, despite any restrictions outlined in these Terms and Conditions. Each ORDER made will be a separate and individual Contract between YOU and US. WE preserve the right to reject the supply of GOODS to any person.
COLLECTION:
To make a collection at YOUR specified Store, call the relevant Store number. Contact numbers can be located on the Store pages. YOU will be asked by one of OUR telephone operators to inform US of YOUR ORDER as well as YOUR name, contact number and the date and time YOU would like to collect YOUR purchases. The telephone operator shall confirm YOUR ORDER and total cost and the time specified to minimise any errors. YOU will be requested to agree if the ORDER confirmed is correct to establish if all the details are correct and any mistakes can be rectified. Upon accepting YOUR collection, YOU agree that YOU accept these Terms and acknowledge YOU will be required to pay. Please note if YOU do not collect YOUR ORDER, WE are not obliged to keep YOUR ORDER for more than one day.
DELIVERY:
If YOU’RE phoning for a delivery,. During this phone call YOU will be requested to communicate YOUR, name contact number, delivery address and ORDER. WE will not be liable for any delay or failure of delivery if YOU do not provide US with the information. To minimise any errors, OUR telephone operator shall confirm the details YOU initially expressed including; YOUR ORDER and total cost, name, contact number and address details. YOU have a responsibility to confirm if this is correct and if not rectify any errors identified by stating YOUR following amendments. Upon accepting YOUR delivery, YOU agree that YOU accept these Terms and acknowledge YOU will be required to pay by cash at the door to OUR delivery member.
If YOU wish to proceed with a delivery, OUR telephone operator shall express an estimated time so YOU are aware of when YOUR purchases will be delivered to YOUR address specified. As stated previously, *For GOODS to be delivered to YOUR address, cash will be given to the delivery member and the correct change shall be handed if necessary as well as YOUR purchase and receipt.
SECTION C: COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
3.1 ISO SUSHI aim to ensure customers receive a positive experience with their purchase and service, whether it is in store, or through collection or delivery.
WE are aware complaints may arise, and seek to investigate circumstances YOU would like to express. If YOU would like to make a complaint with regards to YOUR experience about the collection of YOUR purchases or dining in with US, please contact the store Manager on the relevant email address. Alternatively, YOU can contact ISO SUSHI Head Office using the contact form provided on the Contact US page.
Facebook reviews and Facebook messages can also be used to express YOUR complaint or feedback to await a response from the social media team. Complaints aren’t dealt with by the social media team however, they are acknowledged and YOU shall be informed of what to do.
Complaints and or feedback enable ISO SUSHI to investigate YOUR concerns. WE are committed to give YOU a response of acknowledgement and a solution to address anything YOU may want to detail. Please allow 3-7 working days to await a response from Management. If YOU do not receive a response, there may be a technical issue with the Email Server. Please message the social media team on Facebook for further information. Once the investigation has been closed, the Manager will contact YOU via an email with regards to the outcome. 3.1.1 How to express YOUR complaint or feedback in detail: When making a complaint or giving US YOUR feedback, WE encourage YOU to communicate to US why WE did not meet YOUR expectations including; details of the date and time, store location, number of guests, any details of the person who served YOU or contacted YOU. SECTION F: REWARD CARD SCHEME
Please read through these Terms and Condition before using YOUR Reward Card. YOUR use of the Reward Card will constitute YOUR acceptance with these Terms and Conditions stated. The Reward Card scheme cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any point of time.
How it works;
YOU can receive a iso sushi Reward Card in store free of charge when YOU spend £3.95 or above. YOU can use YOUR Reward Card at any participating iso sushi to earn stickers and rewards. (Information about the rewards process can be read below).
YOU can obtain one sticker per transactional order each time YOU purchase an item or drink in store. This applies when a valid Reward Card is presented at the till at the time of purchase. Purchases include; any item or drink sold on the menu excluding soft drinks & premade products.
If YOU are unsure whether an item qualifies for this Reward Card scheme, please ask a member of staff in STORE. YOU cannot earn stickers anywhere else other than Iso Sushi.
Amendments of these Terms and Conditions
The Reward Card Scheme may be subject to change; this includes the Terms and Conditions and Rewards. Iso sushi reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time or withdraw the Rewards Scheme on reasonable notice. New schemes or changes shall be implemented online with marketing activities including; social media, website promotions, in store promotions and any other form of advertising.
